Currently a Single Family Affordable Housing Manager at Freddie Mac, Monda Webb personifies the trifecta of experience in the mortgage finance industry. A licensed real estate agent/Realtist since 2003 (residential), a former Senior Trainer (CRA) and Marketing Communications Manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (primary) and a Technical Writer, Marketing/Communications Manager at Fannie Mae (secondary). Her unique perspective of the mortgage finance market, allows her the benefit of understanding processes and communicating from an insider’s experience. 

 Monda contributed to research papers and studies on poverty, and presented at the Prosperity Now Conference, Women in Housing Finance (WHF) and Boston FinTech week as panelist and keynote speaker on behalf of The Aspen Institute.  

She was asked to join a think tank at Prosperity Now with regard to a pilot to mitigate poverty and increase savings in distressed communities in NY, Baltimore and Florida. In February 2019, she was featured as Member of the month for Women in Housing Finance (WHF).

 From 2009 - 2017, Monda worked as strategist, outreach specialist, event planner (conferences, industry events, forums and summits) and trainer for Making Home Affordable, (MHA) to mitigate the foreclosure crisis and promote global participation for economic development and partnership between the US, Africa and Asia.
